I also use Unotelly but the Chromecast is hardcoded to use Google's 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4 DNS servers which will cause Netflix on the Chromecast to say that you are in an unsupported region. So as per the above post for Chromecast and Unotelly you need to setup your Router to intercept all DNS and force usage of the Unotelly DNS.
