Feb 27, 2020 · I assume when you send a mail via the app the mail is actually sent. The fact that your wife's account saves mail in Sent or Deleted means the app has no problem with PlusNet accounts. The only thing I can think of now is to reset the app but you will need to re-enter all mail accounts after that.
